Welcome to our Sir Isaac Brock B&B! We are delighted to have you as our guest and want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
To make your experience enjoyable and hassle-free, please take a moment to read through our policies below.
By reserving with Sir Isaac Brock B&B you acknowledge and accept the policies listed below:
Reservation and Check-In:
Reservation: All reservations must be made in advance through our official website sirasaacbrockbb.com, phone, or Third party booking platform ie. Expedia, booking.com etc..
Check-In: Check-in time is between 3PM – 6PM. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please let us know in advance. Early check-in is offered between 12 Noon and 2PM (A $25 sur charge applies.)
Payment and Cancellation:
Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards. Payment is required upon reservation online.
Cancellation: We require 5 days notice for free cancellations .Outside this window a one night charge applies . For reservations of 4 nights and more a 2 night charge will be applied.
For online bookings a $25.00 per night Cancellation – Administration Charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Check-out:
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:30 am.
Return of Keys: Please return your room key upon check-out. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
House Rules:
Smoking or Vaping: Our property is smoke-free. Smoking or Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and the property.
Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Exemption for Rocky our adorable 5 pound Yorkshire Terrier, classified as hypoallergenic , he is not a problem for most people with sensitivities since he does not shed. Although he greets guests he is restricted from guest suites.
Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours from 9PM to 7AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Damages: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused during their stay.
Guest limit: Adults only, Maximum of 2 people per suite.
Breakfast & Dining:
Breakfast: A complimentary breakfast is served daily between 6am – 8:30am.
Special Dietary Requests: Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies so that we can accommodate your needs.
Safety & Security:
Valuables: The management is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and procedures outlined in your room.
